ACTN3基因R577X的XX基因型/X等位基因的运动员具有比较高比例的慢肌纤维,与耐力素质存在相关联。本研究通过荟萃分析(Meta-analysis)定量评价的方法对ACTN3基因R577X多态性与亚洲人耐力素质的相关性进行研究。以耐力型项目运动员为实验组和普通人群为对照组统计分析XX/(RR+RX+XX)OR、X/(R+X)OR值,制定详细文献筛选的标准,对已纳入研究文献数据进行异质性检验,数据合并和发表偏倚检验。结果表明,耐力素质型项目XX/(RR+RX+XX):OR=0.98(95%CI=0.83~1.14),Z=0.28,P=0.78;X/(R+X):OR=0.95(95%CI=0.87~1.05),Z=0.91,P=0.36。耐力项目女性XX/(RR+RX+XX):OR=1.19(95%CI=0.86~1.63),Z=1.04,P=0.30;X/(R+X):OR=1.08(95%CI=0.90~1.29),Z=0.82,P=0.41。耐力项目男性XX/(RR+RX+XX):OR=0.80(95%CI=0.59~1.09),Z=1.41,P=0.16;X/(R+X):OR=0.83(95%CI=0.71~0.97),Z=2.29,P=0.02。综上可见,亚洲人ACTN3基因R577X的X等位基因与男性耐力素质有显著相关性,但在总样本统计中XX基因型和X等位基因与耐力素质均未见相关性。

Abstract:

The XX genotype/X allele of ACTN3 gene R577X showed a high proportion of slow muscle fibers,which was associated with endurance quality. To study the relationship between the R577X polymorphism of ACTN3 gene and the endurance quality of Asians by means of meta-analysis. Taking the endurance athletes as the experimental group and the general population as the control group, the values of XX/(RR+RX+XX) OR and X/(R+X) OR were statistically analyzed. The standard of detailed literature screening was established. The heterogeneity test, data merging and publication bias test were carried out on the included research literature data. XX/(RR+RX+XX): OR=0.98(95% CI =0.83~1.14), Z =0.28, P =0.78; X/(R+X):OR=0.95(95 % CI =0.87~1.05), Z =0.91, P =0.36. Female endurance event XX/(RR+RX+XX): OR=1.19(95% CI =0.86~1.63), Z =1.04, P =0.30; X/(R+X): OR=1.08(95 % CI =0.90~1.29), Z =0.82, P =0.41. Male endurance event XX/(RR+RX+XX): OR=0.80(95% CI =0.59~1.09), Z =1.41, P =0.16; X/(R+X): OR=0.83(95 % CI =0.71~0.97), Z =2.29, P =0.02. There was a significant correlation between the X allele of ACTN3 gene R577X and male endurance quality, but there was no correlation between XX genotype and X allele in the total sample statistics.
